The Last Barrage.
When the last barrage has lifted,
And the dawn of Right breaks thro’,
And back we trail to our Bushland —
We will drink, dear friends, to you.
We will drink a toast to our comrades,
Who fought with us side by side,
And fell ere the barrage lifted,
And the dust of battle died.
Pip.
