Dimensions (approximate): 86 mm. (width), 134 mm. (height). The dimensions of the postcard are uneven (apparently guillotined by hand, rather than cut by a machine), so the height of the postcard varies from 132-134 mm.
It appears that the soldier in the photograph belonged to an Australian Light Horse unit.
The second notation in pencil (1696/19) may indicate that the photo was taken in 1919.
