NOTE. — A Miner’s Right is only of force and validity on the gold field where issued, unless the party to whom it is issued gets the same endorsed by the Warden as available for all gold fields of the colony. This can be done at any time subsequently to its issue, except in the case of Miners’ Rights issued to Asiatic or African aliens, which cannot be made available for new gold fields.

Dimensions (approximate): 220 mm. (width), 97 mm. (height). The height of this Miner’s Right is 97.5mm. at the left end and 96mm. at the right end.
Two holes have been made in this document, apparently with a holepunch apparatus.
The name of the Warden who signed this document is hard to read, but it appears to be “AM Woolsey”.
The printer’s details were printed on the left side of the Miner’s Right.
The front of the Miner’s Right has a coat of arms near the top, with a lion on the left and a unicorn on the right.
The reverse side of this Miner’s Right is blank.
