Lieutenant William Hill, from the 6th Regiment of Foot, to be Captain of a Company.
Lieutenant William Paterson, from the 73d Regiment, to be Captain of a Company.
Ensign John M‘Arthur, from the 68th Regiment, to be Lieutenant.
Ensign Michael Stovin Fenwicke, from the 22d Regiment, to be Lieutenant.
Ensign Joseph Foveaux, from the 60th Regiment, to be Lieutenant.
Ensign George Richard Marton, from the 22d Regiment, to be Lieutenant.
Quarter-Master William Duberly to be Ensign.
