[Editor: This postcard (unused), which incorporates a photograph of a man crossing a bridge with a horse and cart (with a kangaroo made from metal), is undated; however, it is believed to have been published in the early 20th Century.]
[Front of postcard]
“Good Cheer!” It comes from the Sunny South,
And is wafted far over the sea;
And it tells you that, under the Southern Cross,
Someone is thinking of thee.
Away in the land of the Wattle and Gum,
And the home of the Kangaroo,
’Tis there, where the Laughing Jack laughs all day,
There is somebody thinking of you.
